Apple continues to go all-in on Apple Intelligence, as the company announces it will bring its suite of AI-powered features to the Apple Vision Pro in visionOS 2.4.

On Friday, Apple announced the features it soon plans to roll out to the Apple Vision Pro. The update is quite significant and will add numerous new features.

“Apple Vision Pro is helping users communicate, collaborate, and experience entertainment in entirely new ways — and we’re continuing to push the boundaries of what’s possible in spatial computing with visionOS 2.4,” said Mike Rockwell, Apple’s vice president of the Vision Products Group.

Perhaps the most highly anticipated feature is the inclusion of Apple Intelligence. Many Apple Intelligence features already feel like they were tailor-made for the Apple Vision Pro, possibly even more so than the iPhone.

The features being rolled out include Writing Tools, Genmoji, Image Playground, Smart Reply, Memory Movie, and Natural language search in Photos.

It will also support Priority Messages in Mail, Mail Summaries, Priority Notifications in Notification Center, Notification Summaries, and Image Wand in Notes.

But, Apple Intelligence isn’t the only feature that Apple’s bringing to its spatial computing device.

Spatial Gallery brings a digital gallery to the Apple Vision Pro. Users can enjoy Apple-curated spatial videos, spatial photos, and panoramas. This will include culture, entertainment, lifestyle, nature, sports, and travel, with new content released regularly.

Spatial Gallery will include behind-the-scenes moments from Apple Originals like “Disclaimer,” and “Severance,” as well as stories and experiences from various brands like Red Bull and Porsche.

A new Apple Vision Pro app for iPhone enables users to queue apps and games for download, discover spatial content and experiences, access helpful tips, and access information about their device from their iPhone. The app’s Discover page offers curated recommendations for new or noteworthy visionOS content.

The Guest User feature is expanding, too. Now users will be able to toggle which apps guests can see in Control Center, and guests have the option to save their eye and hand setup for up to 30 days after their last use.

There isn’t a hard date for when visionOS 2.4 will roll out, but Apple says it should arrive sometime in April.
